THE STANDARD

Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. Shipping times may increase around holidays and sales. 

USPS is the primary carrier. All orders include tracking and insurance through USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. If you fail to provide an email at checkout, you will not be able to receive these updates. 

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, we do not have control over the whereabouts. For updates, please check the provided tracking. 

Lurkin Apparel does not actively monitor customer tracking and is not notified by USPS when there is an issue with an address or failed delivery. The updates are provided directly to the customer via the tracking number by USPS.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are set by USPS and may vary. We provide free shipping on all orders over $75.

Please check your shipping address on your confirmation email, that is how it will appear on the shipping label. If you need to change your shipping address please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to update the address if it has not yet been accepted at the post office. We ship to all military addresses, including APO, FPO, DPO. 

Shipping protection is offered through Route for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you opted out of Route, contact USPS for any delivery issues.

Lurkin Apparel does not file claims on a customer’s behalf or provide any refunds/replacements for lost or stolen packages. By opting out of Route protection, you are taking responsibility for your package, and Lurkin Apparel is not liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

You will be required to provide Lurkin Apparel’s mailing address: 219 S River Ave #90 Buckley, WA 98321 

If your package has been marked as “delivered” by USPS but you did not receive it, reach out to USPS for the status. Often times, they are able to locate the package, or it was prematurely marked as delivered and will arrive within a few days. Lurkin Apparel is not responsible for the status of your package once it has been accepted by USPS. 

If a package is returned to Lurkin Apparel for an incorrect address, insufficient address, failure to collect the package, a refusal of delivery, or any reason the USPS deems that it is not deliverable, a refund (minus the shipping costs) will be issued to the customer’s original payment method once it has been delivered to Lurkin Apparel’s secure PO box. Shipping costs are never refundable due to being paid directly to the carrier. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process.  Lurkin Apparel does not re-ship packages to corrected addresses after being returned to sender. The customer will need to place a new order to their corrected address. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package has already been fulfilled, Lurkin Apparel is not responsible for the loss. 

If a customer files a chargeback or payment dispute, carrier confirmations and tracking are used as primary evidence in a dispute response.

By placing an order with Lurkin Apparel, the customer is agreeing to these established policies. Failure to read shipping policies prior to a purchase does not make Lurkin Apparel liable for shipping policies that the customer does not agree with after the fact.
