Shipping policy

We (Lurkin Apparel) are committed to fulfilling and shipping orders as quickly as possible. We understand the frustration when your parcel is not delivered on time and acknowledge that these delays are inconvenient. However, once a parcel has been accepted by USPS, and no longer in our (Lurkin Apparel's) possession, the timeliness of your delivery is dependent upon USPS and their services. USPS has policies and procedures to locate said delayed or missing parcels.

Shipping and delivery timelines for Lurkin Apparel orders will vary. Orders on average pack and ship out between in 1-3 business days (this can vary during the holiday season) and will arrive, on average, in 3-5 days. Orders placed on late Fri-Sun may see longer ship times as the orders will be prepared the following week. You may receive your order sooner or later depending on order processing factors and and transit timelines.

This section is intended for USPS parcels without a "Delivered" Status and are deemed to be lost in transit. 

When the parcel has not arrived within 20 days of being shipped, the customer should initiate an investigation into the missing parcel, also known as "Missing Mail". The customer should notify Lurkin Apparel at sales@lurkinapparel.com of the status and that the missing parcel claim has been initiated with USPS. 

Lurkin Apparel will then monitor the status of the USPS investigation for any updates to the whereabouts of the parcel in question. If after 60 days, the parcel has not been located and delivered, Lurkin Apparel will issue a full refund to the customer, via their original payment method.
