RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Lurkin Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products. 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags, free of perfume/cologne/smoke, no pet hair, no deodorant marks, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lurkinapparel.com. You'll need your order number (#LA12345) for this. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES 
All exchanges are FREE, (limited to 1 exchange per order) which saves you the cost of return shipping. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the ship date. New exchange orders will ship out once the previous item has been placed into shipment using the label provided.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

Returns for a refund will have the return shipping cost deducted from the refund total. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are directly paid to the shipping carrier.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will work quickly to correct the issue and provide you with an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Sale items, Gift Cards, Stickers, Air Fresheners, Limited Editions, Pre-Orders, Custom Orders, and all Nalgenes/Growlers/Thermos/CapCaps. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1 week from the time your return or exchange is received for processing. Processing times vary depending on return volume.

STORE CREDIT

Store credits will be issued via a digital code, sent to the email associated with your order.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping will not be refunded if you paid for shipping. 

If you have requested a return and the return is not post marked within 30 days of the return request being approved by us, your return is no longer eligible for a refund.
